Gama has been the CEO of the Brazilian agency Neogama since he founded the company back in 1999 after two decades working in various capacities in many other agencies. A 1982 graduate of Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation, Gama worked tirelessly as a copywriter for the first 8 years of his career.
